Hemisphere's largest conference space called Centera is ideal for your product launch or special event and has the ability to accommodate up to 350 guests in theatre style.
Our Latitude Theatre offers fixed theatre style graduated seating for up to 94 guests. With fully integrated audio visual equipment and in built staging, this is a perfect location for dynamic presentations, seminars and training events requiring extra impact.
Location
Hemisphere Conference Centre & HOTEL is located in Melbourne's South-East region, only 20 minutes to Melbourne CBD and 40 minutes to Melbourne International Airport.
Accommodation
Our four star hotel features 50 spacious well appointed suites, designed to enable the business or leisure traveller to feel recharged and refreshed on every stay. Hemisphere provides three configurations of suites catering to each individual's needs: Business Suite, Executive Spa Suite and Deluxe Spa Suite.
Each suite features a queen size bed and a queen size pull-out sofa bed, broadband internet access point, TV and ensuite with shower and bath. A corner spa bath adds a touch of luxury in our Executive and Deluxe Spa Suites.
Catering Information
Our dedicated Chef at Hemisphere will be pleased to cater for all your catering requirements including arrival refreshment, morning tea, working lunch, afternoon tea and special requests such as vegetarian or gluten free meals.
Our architecturally designed Infuse Restaurant benefits from an abundance of natural light in an open and flexible space which can be adapted to a variety of events including breakfast presentations, corporate lunches, award dinners, Christmas functions and weddings.
Swirl Bar is ideal for networking over informal drinks, cocktail functions or as a place to relax at the end of your day. Swirl can be booked as a separate space or in combination with Infuse Restaurant to suit your event.
Recreational Facilities
In-house guests can enjoy complimentary access to the gym. Hemisphere is in close proximity to a jogging track, public swimming pool, major shopping centres [Chadstone and Westfield Southland], bayside beaches and the finest golf clubs in the Sandbelt area.
Technical Facilities
We recognise that excellent service is paramount, which is why Hemisphere's team includes qualified in-house audio visual technicians to guide you through equipment usage and your technical requirements.
For larger events the option to pre book a technician to be present in your allocated conference space, co-ordinating the technology of your event is highly recommended.
Business Facilities
Focal Point is our self service business centre which is located on level 3 of the Conference Centre & HOTEL. It is equipped with two computer workstations, ergonomic chairs and offers complimentary access to internet, printing and scanning to our hotel guests.
