Wairakei Resort is nestled in the heart of the geothermal wonderland of the Central North Island. Located just 9km north of the Lake Taupo township on State Highway 1, a drive to Wairakei Resort is approximately 3.5 hours from Auckland and 4.5 hours from Wellington. Direct daily flights from both cities into Taupo airport are approximately 1 hour.

The Fairways offers a tasty all day menu with a great selection of bistro style meals. Fairways is available for private bookings of up to 30 guests.

We have designed a package to ensure the organisation of your planned conference or meeting is as cost-effective and hassle free as possible. This inclusive Daily Delegate package is available for bookings for a minimum of 20 delegates and includes morning and afternoon tea refreshments, buffet lunch, venue hire of one main conference room and use of standard in-house technical equipment.
