Location

Located on Northcroft Street, right behind the Taupo Mini-Golf on SH 1/ 5, also known as Lake Terrace. Suncourt offers stunning views of Lake Taupo and the volcanoes of the dual world heritage Tongariro National Park. A leisurely stroll along the lakeside walkway takes guests to the boat harbour and the town centre's world-class shopping, cafés and restaurants in less than three minutes (220m to the CBD). The largest Conference Centre with Accommodation closest to town. 7 kms to Taupo's Airport and with an on-site bus park for your convenience. We offer a fantastic location for your event requirements.

Accommodation

Suncourt Motorhotel offers a 52 guest room complex, ranging from studio to one & two bedroom units, 40 of which offer the lake and mountain views. 21 units are equipped with basic kitchen facilities and all guest rooms have television with Digital SKY, radio/alarm clock, telephone, fridge, electric blankets, tea & coffee making facilities & are serviced daily. 4 studios have private spa baths. 1 unit has access facilities. Also on request are room service, same day dry-cleaning, roll away beds, cots, high chairs and on-site are 2 guest laundries and 75 off-street car parks.

Catering Information

The atmospheric “Old English” Chill Restaurant & Bar is fully licensed and open daily for breakfast and from 5.30pm for dinner or by arrangement to suit your specific catering requirements.
To wind down after your event, have a relaxing drink in our bar and enjoy the stunning views from our deck in summer or the warmth of our open fireplace during winter.
We have a range of catering options for your conference and can cater for all types of dietary requests. An example menu is included in our Conference Pack.
