Fern Conference Room
Our main conference room is spacious and light with superb garden views. It has a capacity of up to 80 guests theatre style, 40 guests in classroom style, or 25 guests ushape.
Board Room
The Board Room is perfect for small groups or business meetings of up to 12 guests. The Board Room can also be used as a break out room for our main conference area.
Garden Room
Our Garden Room is surrounded by glass windows with views of our carefully manicured gardens. It seats up to 10 guests in boardroom style and is a cheerful, sunny option for small groups. The Garden Room can also be used as a break out room for our main conference area.

Situated at 1 Maunganui Road at the base of Mauao, right in the heart of chic beachfront cafes & restaurants, opposite salt water hot pools, and only a short stroll from Mount Maunganui township, Oceanside Twin Towers Resort is the perfect New Zealand corporate & holiday accommodation choice.
By Air
Oceanside is only an eight minute drive from Tauranga airport and is easily accessible from major centres in New Zealand. There are eight daily flights to and from Auckland and five daily flights to and from Wellington.
By Road
Oceanside is only a two and a half hour drive from central Auckland on State Highway 2.
Rotoruai s only an hours drive from Oceanside Twin Towers Resort. From Rotorua to Tauranga and Mount Maunganui, follow State Highway 33 then turn onto State Highway 2.
Accommodation
We offer five star luxury accommodation with spacious executive studios; one and two bedroom suites, capable of sleeping up to six guests; and two bedroom oceanview or harbourview apartments in the Towers.
Executive Studios in the Lodge offer a super-king bed, double sofa bed, microwave kitchenette, ensuite, living area, and deck.
One Bedroom Suites in the Lodge provide light and spacious living areas (with extra sleeping in lounge), full kitchens, queen beds and private balconies.
Two Bedroom Suites in the lodge provide full kitchens, modern bathrooms, and private balconies with views.
Luxury Two Bedroom Twin Towers Apartments are fully self contained offerering stunning harbour and ocean views, large private balconies, and spacious living areas.
Catering Information
Boccanova has a wonderful selection of everything from healthy sandwiches and quiches to home made salads, gourmet pizzas, and freshly baked scones, bagels and croissants.
For special requests or specific dietary requirements, we do our best to cater for your needs.
Menus start at $4.00 + gst per person for freshly brewed Gravity coffee and assorted teas to $30.00 + gst per person for a more extensive menu.
