Venue Highlights
Facilities at the centre range from small meeting and break-out rooms to state-of-the-art conference rooms for groups of 15 to 60. There is even a 200-seat auditorium for large-scale events.
Rooms can be configured to meet specific requirements, and best of all, our venue hire fee includes the use of technical equipment such as data projectors, televisions, microphones, overhead projectors, whiteboards and flip charts.
Broadband internet access is now available in all conference rooms.
Location
Geelong is Victoria's largest regional city with a population of over 221,350, situated less than an hour's drive from Melbourne, world-renowned beaches and magnificent parklands. At the gateway of the Great Ocean Road, Geelong has many places to discover and will keep you coming back time and time again.
The Geelong Conference Centre is just a short stroll to the revamped Geelong Waterfront precinct, which features the iconic Eastern Beach swimming pool, diving towers, promenade and children's enclosed pool and landscaped lawns. Also situated along the waterfront is a variety of restaurants and cafes offering great food and stunning views of the bay.
Accommodation
Sleep soundly in one of our 3-star rooms and wake up to the delightful sounds of native birds. The centre has 42 hotel-style serviced rooms plus 3 self-contained suites and 1 self-contained two-storey apartment, all at very reasonable rates.

All meals and snacks are presented with the highest attention to detail. Artistic caters for all dietary requirements and the fussiest palate.
Artistic is happy to customise a menu to suit your conference budget and would be delighted to theme packages on request.
The centre's dining area caters for up to 320 clients, making it ideal for a range of business needs, along with functions such as Christmas parties, formal dinners and award presentations.
